Shipping & Delivery

We are shipping all the orders within 24hrs days after order confirmation except Sunday and government holidays. Shipping inside India is free order over Rs-499, we use reliable courier companies like Blue Dart, Delhivery, DHL, FedEx, Ecom Express, Xpressbees to ship the products which are completely insured. Generally for Cash On Delivery orders, the courier company calls you before delivery. In case you are not available during delivery, you could call them back and arrange for re-delivery or you can pick it up from their location.

We shall not be responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.

RETURN POLICY 

We have very simple and hassle free order Returns, Exchange and Refund for customers

You can return your order within 15 days of its delivery. Please follow these steps to return order:

Click on ‘Return/Exchange’ link against your order in the Order History section in My Account

Call to our customer support number at +91-8130563581 or email us at sales@mastanfashion.com and raised your request for returns and exchange. 

In case you are a Guest User, fill in your order details in Track Order page. Follow steps as given here.

Click on the Return link, indicate the reason for return, choose a mode of refund and confirm request.

Once the return request is placed we will make sure that this is processed on priority.
